Job Description
As a member of a team led by a Unit/Section Head in the Division of Budget and Finance, the intern will assist in handling diverse financial/finance-related operations in different business areas using the Agency ERP system (Oracle) and participate in ad-hoc tasks or projects to improve efficiency of financial operations.
Functions / Key Results Expected
Responsibilities of the internship position range widely depending on the assigned unit. They may include, but are not limited to:
Assists with gathering information and financial data to conduct analysis needed for preparation of financial reports and various change initiatives.
Assists with the design, testing and implementation of new solutions to improve efficiency.
Assists with the review and documentation of financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
