Internship - Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Assist to study contract conditions, preambles, architectural and engineering drawing and specifications
• Preparation of estimates, bill of quantities, tender document, interim valuations, final account
• Assist to analyze tender document comprises of BQ, tenders and unit price
• Ability to source for supplier to gather quotation for cost estimates
• Performing risk & value management and cost control
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Knowledge in building materials is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering construction management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management or equivalent.
