What should you do?
Prepare and send out invoices, bills, and account statements to customers accurately and on time, using electronic or manual systems.
Receive, organize, and record incoming payments and apply them to the correct customer accounts.
Process credit memos, refunds, and account adjustments as needed to correct billing errors or resolve disputes.
Track outstanding invoices and monitor client accounts to identify overdue payments and potential delinquencies.
