Internship Sales Excellence

As part of our international internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in automation and digitalization across two global locations – Germany and Tunisia. You’ll work on real projects, explore smart manufacturing technologies, and actively contribute to LEONI’s digital transformation journey.

The internship is structured into three phases:

• Onboarding in Kitzingen, Germany (approx. 2 months)
  
  Get to know LEONI’s culture, production& logistics processes, and automation strategy.
• Practical experience in Tunisia (approx. 2 months)
  
  Apply your skills in a real production environment and work directly in one of our plants.
• Wrap-up in Kitzingen, Germany (approx. 2 months)
  
  Present your findings and help translate your experience into actionable strategies
