Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Help and assist the administration tasks, grant management and other processes
Update the pillars or department dashboard with project info
Compile all arrangements for other processing
Specific work track / assignment given by pillars or department specific
Assist in organising and facilitating learning workshops and meetings
Prepare meeting summary and other relevant reporting tasks as required
Prepare presentation deck and event materials.
Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
