+ Assist the program leaders with the coordination of project activities and tracking project progress, incl. leading and lagging KPIs.
+ Support the preparation and updating of project documentation and reports.
+ Help organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement strategies.
+ Perform research and analysis to support project decision-making and strategy development.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for project planning.
+ Assist in the use and management of project management tools and software.
+ Provide administrative support to program leaders as needed.
