Job Description

Position:

The six-month internship starting in April 2026 and based in Rome, offers a comprehensive training path within the Collection Merchandising Leather Goods & Accessories Team. The intern will be integral to the development re-launch of the Leather Goods Made to Order project. This role provides practical understanding of key collection merchandising processes within a dynamic and international context.

Job responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the collection development liaising with product development and designer studio (such as product coding, coordination of sketches creation and product information)

  • Support in collection analysis (assortment, pricing, performance)

  • Support in MTO event preparation (product information documents for Training and Retail team, manage and monitor orders, post event analysis and final MTO review)
