Key Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Support the HR team with employee onboarding, training, and record-keeping
Contribute to business development initiatives, including market research and client outreach
Provide administrative support to the Accounts team, such as invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
Participate in team meetings and projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Human Resources, Business, or Accounting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
