Interventional & General Radiologist - Bay of Plenty

Overview

Positions available at both Tauranga and Whakatane Hospitals. Permanent part-time and full-time opportunities available. We are seeking to appoint Interventional and/or General Radiologists to our service at Health New Zealand - Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. The appointee would join an amazing team of 21 Radiologists, 6 Registrars, MITs, administration, orderlies, and nurses. The radiology workload comprises general radiology, ultrasound, MDCT, angiography and a range of interventional procedures. An on-call component allows us to offer a 24-hour acute service, with overnight reporting provided by teleradiology services.

For General Radiology, a special interest in Paediatric and/or Chest imaging would be beneficial, though all areas of subspecialty interest would be considered.
