Intranet Specialist

Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada, is looking to hire an Intranet Specialist for an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 2-3 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.

Content Management & Publishing

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and publish intranet content.
• Analyze, format, and upload documents, images, and news updates to the intranet.
• Migrate content between publishing systems and ensure urgent messages are posted promptly.

Technical & Design Work

• Leverage SharePoint Classic & Modern features to enhance the intranet experience.
• Create engaging production graphics that adhere to branding guidelines.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and design tools like Adobe Photoshop & Acrobat for web publishing.
