About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible for managing introducing broker structures, commission systems, and risk controls across the trading platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Introducing Broker (IB) accounts and multi-level structures efficiently.
• Configure, reconcile, and monitor IB commission and rebate schemes.
• Operate and maintain MT4/MT5 backend systems, CRM, and IB portals.
• Detect and investigate abnormal IB activities, including rebate abuse, arbitrage, or self-trading.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.
