Inventory Admin

Job Description

• Maintain and update accurate inventory data in the system (inbound, outbound, stock adjustment)
• Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records
• Monitor and verify daily stock movement including gold jewelry and bullion
• Generate inventory reports for internal and audit purposes
• Coordinate with the warehouse, quality control, procurement, and transaction teams to ensure data accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances
• Assist in month-end and year-end inventory closing activities
• Support internal audit and compliance requirements

Requirements

• at least a SPM/ Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, data entry, or warehouse operations (experience in gold/jewelers industry is a plus)
