Inventory Analyst

Job Description

1. Validates inventory transaction postings in SAP in terms of completeness & accuracy and reports any discrepancies identified for corrective action.

2. Reviews & monitors costs of inventories.

3. Conducts periodic inventory counts, reconciles and investigates discrepancies in actual results against systems inventory balances and recommends or initiates adjustments as needed.

4. Participates in the inventory systems improvement.

5. Assists in the company-wide physical inventory taking activities.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
• Detailed-oriented, committed on meeting deadline
• Proficient in windows based applications.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
