Inventory Analyst Officer

Monitor, track, and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

Perform regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and variance investigations.

Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Planning teams to ensure timely material readiness.

Identify inventory risks, such as shortages, excess, and slow-moving items, and propose corrective actions.

Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/MRP systems accurately and in a timely manner.

Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for management review.

Support root cause analysis for discrepancies and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Review and optimize safety stock, reorder points, and material planning parameters.

Assist with audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to inventory management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.
