Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory based on the agreed target by ensuring that all stock movements are properly accounted for and that all transactions are documented and executed real-time and accurately in the system.

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly conducts cycle counting together with Inventory Management Counters based on the agreed schedule.
• Validates, analyzes and reconciles variances of actual stocks versus system inventory as soon as discrepancy was found.
• Prepares and submits Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA) reports to IM and Operations Team upon cycle counting.
• Upon reconciliation and verification, prepares request for stock adjustment for items with discrepancy.
• Processes stock adjustments in the system for items with discrepancy on batch number accurately and in timely manner.
