Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day concern with Ralph's Store.
- Communicates with Ralph's Store OIC to meet business goals and address the store's issues
- Review and monitor the timely and accurate recording of the transactions in the system
- Performing regular inventory counts
- Schedule cycle count and reconciliation reports
- Analysing the slow-moving and aging stocks in the inventory, consult and suggest proper disposition to prevent store losses.
- Manages inventory tracking system
- Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
- Reconciles merchandise inventory (Compare count quantity against RJS (Ralph's Janus System balances)
- Reviews the accuracy & adequacy of month-end inventory that all Ralph's Stores submitted on the second day of the month
