Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing inventory data, and making recommendations to improve inventory control and management processes. This role also includes maintaining accurate inventory records, forecasting future material needs, and ensuring stock optimization across the supply chain.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory data to determine stock levels, trends, and forecast future inventory needs.
• Monitor and control stock levels to prevent both overstocking and stockouts, ensuring sufficient materials are available for production needs.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between physical stock and records in the inventory management system, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
• Provide recommendations for improving inventory control processes and optimizing material usage.
• Create and maintain inventory reports, including stock movements, usage, and stock aging.
