Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile inventory of materials and products imported/exported under IMMEX, ensuring alignment with customs and internal records (Anexo 24).
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for customs and IMMEX reporting, including pedimentos, inventory reports, and reconciliation statements.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory in collaboration with the Materials team.
• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory-related information and documentation.
• Assist the IMMEX Coordinator and Supervisor in preparing inventory reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management and compliance.
• Monitor changes affecting inventory management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed.
