Inventory and Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily FC Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end BAU fulfillment activities executed by Delhivery’s on-ground team.
• Monitor picking, packing, put-away, BQC, dispatch, and returns processing.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for order fulfillment, same-day dispatch, and cut-off timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive quick resolution through 3PL supervisors.

2. 3PL Coordination & Governance

• Act as the single point of contact between our brand and Delhivery FC leadership.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews with 3PL.
• Track manpower deployment, productivity, and adherence to operational SOPs.
• Escalate service gaps and ensure timely corrective actions from the 3PL side.
