Inventory and Procurement Control Staff

Job Description:

• Maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels based on required months of supply to support customer satisfaction and high supply ratios.
• Monitor and analyze inventory movement weekly using ABC classification to ensure accurate demand planning.
• Conduct timely procurement and coordinate closely with suppliers regarding Purchase Orders (PO), back orders, and delivery schedules.
• Track shipment status from dispatch to arrival and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams for delivery planning and daily activity schedules.
• Analyze and prepare initial ordering requirements for new motorcycle model launches, ensuring parts availability prior to launch.
• Monitor inventory levels of power products and generators.
• Ensure completeness and timely processing of shipment documentation and submission of billings for imported shipments.
