Inventory Assistant

• Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular stock counts, including cycle counting and full physical inventory checks.
• Update inventory records in the system to reflect stock movements and adjustments.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring quantities match purchase orders and quality standards.
• Organize and label inventory in storage areas to facilitate easy access.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder stock as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using inventory management software.
• Knowledge in Active One system is an ADVANTAGE
• Ensure inventory areas are organized and comply with safety regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management.
