Inventory Assistant

Our client, one of Singapore's established healthcare provider, is seeking for talents for the position of Inventory Assistant.

Working Location : West

Working Hours : 5 Days (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Basic up to S$ 2,500
• Variable Bonus
• Payable OT Allowances

Job Description :

• Oversee and manage inventory of HQ stocks
• Receive and count stock items ensuring accuracy of inventory data in system
• Review logistics of inventory to ensure adequate supply availability and monitor expiring medication/items
• Manage overall monthly projections and ad hoc transfer processes
• Control the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance
• Maintenance of HQ inventory warehouse to ensure sufficient storage
