Inventory Assistant

1. EIP Update and Monitoring

• Encode offline and online sales data for the assigned EIP category.
• Monitor inventory levels; prepare suggested purchase order quantities when below the Minimum Order Holding (MOH) ratio.
• Submit PO suggestions and EIP updates for review bi-monthly or as necessary

2. Purchase Order Preparation

• Generate purchase orders following PO suggestions and ensure alignment with budget allocations and payment approval

3. Supplier Follow-Up

• Coordinate with suppliers every Tuesday and Thursday regarding production and shipment schedules.
• Conduct daily follow-ups when production is at or beyond 75% completion to avoid delays.

4. Recording of Returned/Cancelled Orders

• Monitor and encode all returned and cancelled orders from various sales platforms.
