Job Description
- Primarily responsible for identifying, analyzing and sorting Inventory accuracy of assigned stores
- Report any discrepancy, making request for investigation, as well as following up the concern personnel regarding the result of investigation regarding the noted discrepanc
- Checking of DR's versus Sales Orders
- Printing of Barcodes
- Preparing Letter Request and Other Concerns
- Delivery Receipt & Shipment Monitoring
- Preparing Claims from Vendors - Returns (SRS) / Bundling / Rebates/etc.
- Preparing Inventory Report for Insurance Claims Purposes
- Encoding Sales Reports
- Audit / Actual Count / Reconciliation of Head Office Inventory
- Audit of Stores – Preparing Audit Forms/Pending DR's and Barcode)
- Inclusive Task for Warehouse Operations (e.g Invoicing, Collection, etc.)
- Tasks that may be assigned as the job or the team may require
- Will assist and report to the Inventory Team ...
