Inventory Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering replenishments when necessary, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of inventory. .
• Inventory System Development: Developing and implementing inventory management systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data to anticipate future inventory needs and make informed decisions about stock levels.
• Procurement: Supervising procurement and inventory management processes, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Reporting: Compiling inventory reports and communicating with relevant stakeholders about inventory status.
