Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical supplies.
- Verify quantities and quality of items against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or near-expiry stock to the purchasing team.
2. Storage & Organization
- Store materials in an orderly and accessible manner based on product type, expiry date, and storage requirements (e.g. temperature-sensitive items).
- Label products clearly with batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock codes.
- Maintain clean and hygienic storage conditions to meet medical supply standards.
