Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical supplies.
• Verify quantities and quality of items against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or near-expiry stock to the purchasing team.

2. Storage & Organization

• Store materials in an orderly and accessible manner based on product type, expiry date, and storage requirements (e.g. temperature-sensitive items).
• Label products clearly with batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock codes.
• Maintain clean and hygienic storage conditions to meet medical supply standards.
