Inventory Associate

INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Assists in overseeing and maintaining an inventory supply of products and equipment. In-Charge in keeping track and control of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized and accurate and processing of deliveries till closing of orders.

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

1. PROCESSING AND DOCUMENTATION

1.1 Draft for Checking Request

1.1.1 Responsible in coordination with the warehouse and Instrumentation for checking and concerns.

1.1.2 Responsible in coordination with the SOA or Requestor.

1.2 Sales Order and Demonstration Request

1.2.1 Responsible in creation of Inventory Release Form / Delivery Order Summary.

1.2.2 Responsible in coordination with warehouse for pick and pack.

1.2.3 Responsible in coordination with Marketing/Sales

1.2.4 Responsible in submission of Proof of Deliveries and MPRN to Finance.
