Inventory Associate

Job description

• Receives and monitors incoming and outgoing items
• Verify and/or confirm prepared items for delivery schedule
• Review inventory processes and develop solutions for the enhancement of operational performance.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and update system to correct inventory.
• Assist with warehouse related functions such warehouse management systems and other inventory control duties.
• Accurately maintains all databases/spreadsheets, as assigned, in a timely manner.
• Enter correct items as needed in order to maintain an accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with Shipping or transfer of items in order to resolve system or procedural issues.
• Accountable for all inventory activities of Main office and Warehouse.
• Responsible for preparation of sticker labels of items needed.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
