The Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management through regular stock audits, kitting activities, and close coordination with internal teams. This role supports the efficient preparation and assembly of kitted products for Watsons and other retail channels, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control

• Conduct daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconcile variances as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in manual logs or ERP systems.
• Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming materials and finished goods.

Kitting Operations

• Assemble product kits accurately based on work orders or customer specifications, including Watsons-specific SKUs.
