Inventory Audit Staff

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

A. Monitors the correctness of System inventory records against the physical inventory quantity records.

• Participates in the monthly inventory count in assigned warehouses.

• Conducts random inventory count of selected items.

• Prepares monthly inventory variance report to be submitted to Audit/Accounting Head.

• Reviews the reconciliation of inventory variance process

• Report findings and recommends corrective actions

• Participates in the inventory system adjustment if deemed necessary

B. Verifies the completeness of Sales Returns

• Check if there are items returned by customers that has no supporting documents

• Check if there are returned items that has not been encoded in the system

• Endorse system return adjustment upon complete verification
