Position: Inventory Auditor
Scope: Commissary + All Sushi Nori Branches
Reports to: Accounting Manager / External Finance Agency (functional)
Works closely with: Operations Director, Commissary Head, Branch Managers
Role Summary
The Inventory Auditor is responsible for accurate, timely, and independent verification of all inventory movements across the commissary and retail branches. The role ensures stock integrity, cost control, shrinkage prevention, and SOP compliance, supporting management with reliable data for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
A. Commissary Inventory Audit
Conduct regular physical counts of:
Raw materials (fish, meat, rice, nori, sauces)
Packaging materials
Work-in-progress (prepped items)
Finished goods for branch dispatch
Reconcile physical count vs system records (POS / inventory system)
