Job description:

Ensure the accuracy and flow of food supplies and equipment within a central kitchen or warehouse facility. They bridge the gap between physical stock and digital records to prevent waste and ensure production stays on schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

• Stock Auditing: Conduct regular physical counts of raw ingredients, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Data Entry: Update Inventory Management Systems (IMS) to reflect real-time stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for freshness, damage, and compliance with health and safety standards (e.g., FIFO—First In, First Out).
• Reporting: Identify and report shortages, overstocking, or expiring items to procurement managers.
• Documentation: Verify invoices against delivery receipts to ensure order accuracy.
