About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team at GOTESCO MARKETING, INC.'. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the seamless flow of goods within our manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a full-time position based in our office in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Receive, inspect and process incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality
2. Perform regular stock counts and audits to maintain up-to-date inventory records
3. Assist with the preparation and distribution of inventory reports
4. Coordinate with the purchasing and logistics teams to identify stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
5. Maintain and organize inventory file records.
6. Provide administrative support to the wider operations team as required
