About the role

As an Inventory Clerk at Global Harbor Maritime & Shipping Line Inc.', you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's inventory of products and materials. This is a full-time role based in Ermita Manila City Metro Manila. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's supply chain.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately record and track all incoming and outgoing inventory
2. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels
3. Order new stock and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in the inventory
5. Provide detailed reports on inventory status and usage to management
6. Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse and storage facilities
7. Support the wider logistics team with any other inventory-related tasks as needed
