About the role

Join the team at Philippine Wine Merchants' as a full-time Inventory Clerk / Variance based in Pasay City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Process goods receipts and issue records in a timely manner
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
• Assist with the preparation of inventory reports and analysis
• Support the procurement team by providing up-to-date inventory information
• Maintain a clean and organised storage area to optimise warehouse efficiency
• Comply with all relevant inventory management policies and procedures
