Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk / Purchasing Assistant to support daily store operations. This role assists in purchasing, ensures inventory accuracy, and helps maintain an organised café environment when not engaged in inventory or purchasing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Store Supervisor
Assist in purchasing and procurement of supplies and products
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Identify and report stock discrepancies promptly
