Inventory Clerk

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and audits.
• Ensure the correctness of data entry and system encoding related to inventory movements (inbound, outbound, adjustments).
• Verify stock levels and discrepancies, reporting and resolving any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to validate stock availability and movement.
• Assist in balancing inventory records in the system, ensuring they match physical counts.
• Prepare inventory reports and support month-end and year-end inventory processes.
• Adhere to company procedures and standards for inventory control and documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course or vocational
• Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, Checker, or a similar role.
