Job Description
- Conduct regular, cycle, and surprise inventory counts in the Distribution Center to ensure accuracy between physical and system records.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in the DC, ensuring all inbound and outbound transactions are properly recorded and validated.
- Investigate and document inventory discrepancies and variances; coordinate with Operations and Accounting to resolve issues.
- Witness and record the disposal of damaged, expired, or obsolete items in the DC, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Perform audits and spot checks of warehouse documents, stock transfers, and inventory movement logs to validate accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory databases; compare actual stock counts with system-generated reports to identify and correct discrepancies.
