Inventory Control Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily Transaction Monitoring:

Monitor both online and store-based sales and collections, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.

2. Billing and Charge Verification:

Support the accounting team by verifying all billing and charges related to GD transactions.

3. Non-Compliance Reporting:

Report any non-compliance issues related to sales documentation and collection procedures.

4. Exception Handling:

Respond to and resolve payment errors and other exceptions related to GD transactions.

5. Sales Exception Review:

Review sales exceptions to determine their validity and authorization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Accounting / Financial Management / Administration. Preferably with at least 6 months - 1 year relevant work experience in accounting or audit.
