Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Officer with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience to oversee inventory accuracy, monitoring, and reporting. The role ensures proper stock control procedures are implemented and maintained to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Accuracy & Monitoring

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
• Monitor stock levels and movements on a daily basis
• Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound transactions

2. Stock Reconciliation & Cycle Counts

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Reconcile system records with actual stock on hand
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly

3. Variance Analysis & Loss Prevention

• Analyze inventory variances and identify root causes
