Inventory Controller

Overview

Witness accurate filling and dispatch of all inventories of outgoing vehicles in the refilling plant.

Responsibilities

• Witness and check accurate filling of all LPG in cylinders.


• Witness and check the document (Route Monitoring Sheet) vs actual cylinders to be brought out.


• Check the necessary documents such as CRR, gatepass, and sales invoice if complete and accurate.


• Witness all inventories in returning vehicles of the refilling plant.


• Weigh all filled cylinders upon return of the vehicles.


• Check and count all cylinders inside the vehicle.


• Check and reconcile necessary documents and/or reports such as CRR, gatepass, sales invoice, and route monitoring sheet.


• Check inside the vehicle if there are undeclared items to be brought out of the plant.
