Inventory Controller

JOB PURPOSE

• To manage and track inventory in a cold storage warehouse environment.
• To ensures that stock is properly maintained, accurate inventory records are kept, and orders are fulfilled efficiently while complying with safety and temperature-related guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors the product inventory inside the warehouse facility.
• Generates daily inventory report and warehouse utilization.
• Monitors incoming and outgoing products.
• Manages the receiving, storing, and transferring of goods.
• Monitors the condition of items in stock.
• Ensures the implementation of FIFO or FEFO of client's stocks.
• Documents the product details.
• Track and report on inventory movement and any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all products stored in the warehouse.
• Coordinates with customers and ensure inventory records are updated.
