Job Description
- Assists the Stocking Officer-in-Charge in planning, organizing, and controlling of warehouse operations
- Responsible in maintaining accurate inventory reports and data
- Prepares requisition of brand new parts and accessories needed for scheduled production of units in Production Assembly Line.
- Monitors production loading schedule promptly
- Responsible for ensuring that the Stocking Aide delivers all parts
- Verifies the availability of all major and minor parts to delivery preparation
- Updates the electronic OMB and the status of units designated for assembly
- Coordinates regularly to Stocking Officer-in-Charge and Stocking Aides on any concerns, discrepancies, or problems that may arise regarding the work assigned
- Maintains regular coordination with Departmental Heads and/or Leadmen to address concerns, discrepancies, or issues about parts.
