Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Controller to manage inventory flow, maintain warehouse efficiency, train store staff, and ensure accurate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor stock rotation and warehouse organization
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and space usage
• Train store team on stocking procedures, date coding, and best practices
• Coordinate restocking and generate purchase orders
• Audit inventory, track discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with store supervisors and management on inventory matters
• Investigate and report damaged or missing shipments
• Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
