Inventory Controller

Responsibility:

• Organize, label, and monitor inventory to prevent mix-ups; enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) policy for material handling.
• Prepare and issue materials (hardware, office supplies, production supplies) as per requests and ensure accurate recording in the SAP system.
• Assess Sales Orders (SO) to ensure the availability of raw materials for production; communicate with purchasing department to fulfill material requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments for inventory and sales order updates.
• Collect and submit material samples for QA testing.
• Adhere to safety protocols, QMS standards, and 5S requirements. Participate in company programs and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Production Head.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
