Duties and Resposibilities:

1. Inventory Management

Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation.

Monitor stock movement, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company standards for stock handling, storage, and control.

Supervise and guide the inventory control team in performing daily tasks efficiently.

Assign work schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training as needed.

Foster teamwork, discipline, and accountability within the department.

1. Stock Monitoring and Reporting

Regularly check stock availability and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.

Prepare accurate inventory reports for management (e.g., stock aging, shortages, excesses).
