Inventory Controller

Duroplastic Cape Town Branch is currently looking for an Inventory Controller. As an Inventory Controller you will be responsible to manage stock levels by tracking incoming/outgoing goods, performing counts (cycle & full), reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate digital records to ensure product availability, minimizing losses, and support operations, often involving reporting, system use, and collaboration with internal teams. Key duties include monitoring levels, conducting audits, generating reports, and implementing procedures for smooth inventory flow, from raw materials to finished goods

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify goods received against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Inspect incoming stock for quantity, quality, condition, batch/lot numbers, and expiry dates
• Ensure all received items are properly labelled, recorded, and stored according to warehouse procedures
