Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Witness accurate filling and dispatch of all inventories of outgoing vehicles in the refilling plant
• Witness and check accurate filling of all LPG in cylinders
• Witness and check the document (Route Monitoring Sheet) vs actual cylinders to be brought out
• Check the necessary documents such as CRR, gatepass, and sales invoice if complete and accurate
• Witness all inventories in returning vehicles of the refilling plant
• Weigh all filled cylinders upon return of the vehicles
• Check and count all cylinders inside the vehicle
• Check and reconcile necessary documents and/or reports such as CRR, gatepass, sales invoice, and route monitoring sheet
