Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary:



The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling all inventory and stock and channelizing the distribution of same.







Principal Duties and Responsibilities:









+ Inventory planning for warehouses



+ Perform purchasing function and follow up with vendors on deliveries



+ Develop, document, and maintain procedures and processes to ensure efficiency



+ Provide co-ordination/support on inventory and logistics matters



+ Administration support to inventory and shipping department



+ Track reorder points, safety stock, and lead times



+ Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization



+ Prepare inventory reports (aging stock, slow-moving, obsolete items)
