Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory items.
• Safely store materials, products, and supplies in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Issue inventory items based on approved requests and proper authorization.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and assist in audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and organization of stocks.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.
• Safeguard inventory against loss, theft, or damage.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, or store personnel as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
